User Story or Problem Statement

As a member of the CMS team, I need to follow launch plan best practices to ensure the team is set up for the Next Build launch and the appropriate product teams are aware of the launch.

Launch Plan

https://vfs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PCMS/pages/3466199042/Next+Build+Product+Release+Plan

Steps for Implementation

  • Review the launch plan documentation to determine if there's any gaps ahead of the 12/4 launch.
  • Follow any directions that are in the launch plan.

Acceptance Criteria

  • OCTO and relevant product teams understand what is expected for the Next Build template launch.
  • CMS team is prepared and ready for the Next Build template launch.
