User Story or Problem Statement

actions/cache below v4 has been deprecated. Update.

Steps for Implementation

  • Find most recent SHA for most recent actions/cache tag
  • Update any usages of actions/cache to use that SHA when referenced

Acceptance Criteria

  • content-build, va.gov-cms, and next-build are all checked for out-of-date actions/cache usage and updated.
