Pre-launch

Launch

All code will be already merged to main behind feature toggles. We can launch by enabling them:

https://api.va.gov/flipper/features/facilities_autosuggest_vamc_services_enabled
facilities_use_fl_progressive_disclosure (not yet created at time of ticket making, will get made under Restore original Facility Locator behavior pre-progressive disclosure work & create a feature toggle #20307 )
