Scroll bar sometimes appears in center of page (this example, Appointment - iOS)

What happened?

Sometimes I see the scroll bar on iOS appear in the middle of the page I'm viewing rather than off to the side where it is supposed to be.
(See screen shot below.)
I'm unable to attach a reason for seeing this and unable to reproduce it regularly. When leaving the page and coming back, it is usually back where it is normally seen.

Specs:

• Device: iPhone XR - software version 14.3

Steps to Reproduce

• Unknown. It just happens once in a while.

Desired behavior

Scroll bar is always seen where it should be on the right edge.

PASS 3/18/2021 - No longer seem to get the scroll bar where it shouldn't. Closing, but will be keeping an eye out for it happening again.
