Storage permissions: no permissions requested

When I try to open, it shows that error message:

Transmission failed. Check storage permissions.

On Android 12, i can give it access to Files and Media permission.

On Android 12 it works fine.

But, on Android 13, it doesn't show that permission.

So, it doesn't work on Android 13.

I could solve this issue with an workaround. Not ideal but works.

I went trhough Settings >> Apps >> Special app access >> All files access >> and I allowed the app to get that permission.
