This theme is aimed at being a solid starting point to develop WordPress themes. Therefore it has no specifications, and will never be used in its current state.
Feel free to suggest optimizations and use it as a starting point for your own development.
Bare minimum of scripts and styles added for starting off faster. I am using Sass, and process stylesheets and scripts with CodeKit.
