I am working on this,, no need to comment, I am just using this to keep my workflow organized.

Setup webhook.
Test webhook by printing the value of $_POST
Come up with design overview.
Figure out way to handle php on windows, since my version of apache on linux is failing hard. Also look at using mac.
Test implementation.
upload to server and push test commit.
