Limit on length of username in mentions to 24 chars causes 404 on longer usernames

It seems there is a length limit of 24 characters on length of mentioned usrname, and this limit is shorter than limit for username length.

Example post mentioning username BipolarBrownCouplePodcast :

The same issue exists when submitting post/comment via web app:

In both cases, last letter "t" of username is not included in the mention, so clicking the trimmed mention leads to "https://bitclout.com/u/BipolarBrownCouplePodcas" - which is a 404.
