When making larger changes to Pippin, I sometimes break things and its hard to debug because everything goes into the queue. After #14 is done, we should also add in a DEBUG sbatch info for super short jobs that go into the debug queue, and use those rapid jobs to try and get an end to end test running of all tasks as quickly as possible.
