Introduce --debug argument to enable logging for plugin execution results in commandline

optional argument --debug and optional --level flag (verbose, warn, info, error, error)

  • if possible add color variant (chalk)

Acceptance criteria

Standardize logging (Error, Info, Warning, Verbose, Debug ) and move being debug flag
