Extending TiPG to connect to PgSTAC schema

When we started TiPg we wanted to build a really simple python module enabling the creation of OGC Features and Tiles API for Postgres database (by reusing our experience with TiMVT and TiFeatures).

While TiPg a full production ready application, we tried to build it customizable friendly. Today I wanted to introduce https://github.com/developmentseed/tipgstac an DEMO application showing how to connect TiPg endpoint factory to PgSTAC schema (to create a super simple STAC API).
