Need helm charts to support the eclipse-che helm charts

Description

The Eclipse Che helm charts don't work without this (devworkspace-operator) installed first, however there's no helm charts available as far as I can tell that could be easily installed or listed as a dependency of the Che operator.

To install devworkspace only need to run kubectl apply against this file https://github.com/devfile/devworkspace-operator/blob/main/deploy/deployment/kubernetes/combined.yaml
Remember to choose the stable tag as latest code may not work
