Description

A new field in the DWOC to set runtime class for all devworkspace pods:

config:
  workspace:
    runtimeClassName: 'myruntimeclass'

If this is set in the DWOC, devworkspaces that use the DWOC should have their pod use the myruntimeclass runtime class
