App crashes when pressing 'GO'

I am able to open the app and see the count down and the different editions (Belgium, France, Turkey, ...) and I can switch between editions, but when I press on 'GO', the app crashes and closes. When I open the app again, I am back at the start screen.

Which version do you have ?
Make sure you've updated the app via the app store.

Yes, I am currently using the most recent version.

I noticed that other users I know can use the app without problems. Can it be a device specific problem?

Which device/iOS version do you have ?
Did you try to delete + download again the app ?

I've got the most recent version of iOS on an iPhone 6S.

I already tried to delete and re-download the app. It is OK I am using the 'arrow down from the cloud' download button in the App Store, no?
