There should be an option for enabling --continue for wget...

Not so sure that this is necessary at this point. I've caught the script, after leaving it to its work, and have seen that it is automatically trying to continue (due to wget options, obviously) upon any sort of hiccups in the connection. I guess there could be a feature for trying to disable continuation, but I'm not totally sure that that's necessary.
