Customizable init options for dhis2/d2-i18n

Hello,

We would like to be able to customize dhis2/d2-i18n with our own init options. This cannot be currently done because the init options for dhis2/d2-i18n are hardcore. Does it make sense to expose them and make them available for customization? We are particularly interested in the interpolation option and the ability to modify it for the whole app.
