Unable to enter login URL v0.4.0 Win11

When using playactor 0.4.0 on Windows 11 and executing a login during my initial configure a browser window does not popup until I hit "ENTER to continue" at which point hitting enter does not give me a "url>" prompt to enter the url as required.

I have seen other threads that exhibit similar behavior but looks to have been resolved when updating to a newer version.

Any thoughts or workarounds? Is it possible to enter this URL manually?

Same issue on other OS's (e.g. Kali Linux) as well.
