First of all the whole concept of these moods is not super intuitive and the messy UI doesn't help. For example it's hard to understand, that the default mood is global but the setting below changes per portrait.

Also the MoodItem design is like nothing else in dialogic or godot.

Note here btw: I made all of this, and I'm not blaming anyone else.
