Notice styles, Tabs, and Background Patterns now available

Additions:

• Notices styles have now been added. This includes new banner styles as well as inline notices. Toast styles will be updated to use these new styles as well, but will be addressed in a future version.
• Background patterns for Departments and Call Centers are now available.
• New tab styles are now available.

Modals and more utility class updates

Dialtone v5.9.0 adds the following items:

• Basic modal styling
• Immutable directional margin (.d-m[t|r|b|l|x|y]{#}), negative directional margin (.d-m[t|r|b|l|x|y]n{#}), and directional padding (.d-p[t|r|b|l|x|y]{#}) classes.

All previous d-margin and d-padding classes have been left in place. They will be removed in a future major version.
