UX: make it simple to reply to a note

right now we need to click two step to reply to a note(1. click comment button, 2. redirect to event page, write reply), the redirect step makes UX very slow for users.

we should change it to one step, stay in the current page, quick input, sent, done, then continully to scroll the feed
