Couple of Issues With Pausing/Playing, Progress Bar and Scrubber #721

To reproduce:

Play something
Pause
Grab the scubber (while the music is paused) and move it to a different timestamp

Expected Behavior: Music remains paused

Actual Behavior:

Music starts playing from the new timestamp
The pause button remains on pause
When tapping play button, the scrubber moves backs to the timestamp from when the music was first paused.
