With the ability to configure coloring (e.g. to remind to reboot every month) and threshold (e.g. to not display at all if recently rebooted). Something like UPTIME_DISPLAY=(0s 14d 30d) meaning display in green after 0s (always), display in yellow after 14d, and in red after 30d.
