The command palette is filled with options to "configure" all of our unconfigured collections at the top, making it a risky thing to have enabled seeing as untracking a collection is not an easy task.

At the very least, moving them to the bottom so they are less easy to press by accident. Being able to hide them and/or having more protections around tracking new tables could also help.
