I trained the model for Graph classification and retrieval but when I try to run the classification task, there is no file named "GCN_retrieval.ipynb". Thought it was a typo and used "Graph_Retrieval.ipynb" for classification work but it failed at
graphs, num_classes = my_load_data(graphml_dataset, use_degree_as_tag)
Test dataset graph that I provided gives me "ValueError: Found array with 0 sample(s) (shape=(0,)) while a minimum of 1 is required.".

And I also couldn't find this file name "step_2_multiview.py "

Waiting for the reply.

Thanking you in advance.

Hello, i fixed some typos regarding the dataset path. The error was because it was looking for files in the parent folder instead of the child folders. I also uploaded the missing file "step_2_multiview.py ". Thanks for the feedbacks. Let me know if you encounter any further problems.
