Summary Plot for vaccine goals/whole thailand

Currently no vac prediction for the whole of thailand so need to put that somewhere.

The new goals of vaccination within 2021 are as follows:
• Provide coverage for people who have received injections.
1st vaccination
▪ At least 70 percent by November 2021
▪ At least 80 percent within December 2021
• Provide coverage for people who have received injections.
2nd vaccination
▪ At least 70 percent within December 2021

Previous goals included all provinces more than 50% double dose by dec (I think?)

Could have plot with just 1st dose, 2nd and 3rd for all of thailand. and maybe at risk groups as 4th line?

There is now region predictions

and 2nd dose line for all thailand

but still would be good to have a plot with predicitons for all of thailand. Either added to one of those existing ones or new plot.
