Ginkgo v2 is released. Can this extension have this support?

@ipfans I'd like to support v2, but I won't have time to add it in the near future. I haven't used v2 yet. Are you familiar with changes? Something I should pay attention to?

Also, are you interested in adding support? I am open to a PR, or to collaborating on a PR.
