knitr should include concordance in .md file #2

Not sure if this requires a change to https://github.com/yihui/knitr or can be done in the html_commonmark_document function,
but we really need knitr to write concordance info when it converts Rmd to md.

It appears this does require a change to knitr, which I have submitted.

This has been accepted and is now in knitr.
