[Testing] Permission denied for saving test artifact PDFs #19

We now get the error:

Error Domain=NSCocoaErrorDomain Code=513 "You don’t have permission to save the file “...” in the folder “Artifacts”." UserInfo={NSFilePath=/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/Library/Xcode/Artifacts/BeamsViewTests, NSUnderlyingError=0x1080458e0 {Error Domain=NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=13 "Permission denied"}}

This must be an update in Foundation or something similar, as Graphics (more specifically, GraphicsTesting) has not been changed in a while.
