SPA template module add/edit causes page refresh

Hi

Firstly the template installs and builds just fine once I re-added the broken references to the dotnetnuke.dll and dotnetnuke.web.dll's. So thanks very much for these templates.

I'm not sure if this is an issue or not but I installed the template and built the module and have been playing with it. If I create an item I get a page refresh when I save. If I edit an item then I also get a page refresh.

If the whole point of an SPA and knockout.js is to avoid posting the whole page then this isn't right.
Am I doing something wrong here? Do I need to configure something?
