Docker - v can specify that the local directory does not

I start a container c1 and set the export DOCKER_ HOST= ssh://root @192.168.100.100

Docker run - v/test:/test ubuntu

This/test comes from 192.168.100.100, and I hope it comes from c1. Is there any method that can help me achieve it. If you could help me, thank you very much
