ColumnSets with CompoundColumns and ColumnResizer does not always resize correctly. #1437

It looks like resizing with ColumnSets, CompoundColumns and ColumnResizer does not work correctly.

I was using the examples found below:
https://dgrid.io/js/dgrid/test/extensions/CompoundColumns.html and in the customizable example at the bottom of the page, the resizing behaviour across the columns is inconsistent.

The edge of the column does not always resize to where the user wants it to.
