ColumnResizer provides no final resize event

This is a feature request.

It would be very convenient if the column resizer provided a final resize event rather than firing a resize event for each column resizing.

Normally only one resize event should fire at a given time; however, upon the first resize performed, all of the columns adjust, which ends up firing a series of events. I realize that's kind of noisy and probably unnecessary, so maybe we can look into reducing that noise.
