MSYS2 - Build failure: cmake missing libuv-1.dll #720
Comments
Full reinstall with cache removed, give another error 👍
|
Works for me on a fresh (updated) MSYS2 installation:
|
Ah I see, it's mingw-w64-{x86_64,i686}-cmake :-( |
Yes exactly 😢 running like you in the msys shell also propose me to install it

I found the issue (missing libpsl dependency), I think. Will submit a PR with a workaround soon. |
Hm, I fixed the MSYS2-issue, but the build is still not green due to another (unrelated) issue with Cygwin... One is nearly as bad as the other :-( Maybe I find some spare time tonight, otherwise tomorrow... |
I spoke too soon, the Cygwin issue was my fault :-) |

What is interesting is that
libuv-1.dll
can be found inC:\msys64\mingw64\bin
This can be simply reproducing with:
I have réinstall msys2 fully and still the same behavior.

FEI: I wanted to release the 1.2.0 today but this stopped directly the process 😢
