Can I include chapter numbers with page numbers?

I'm wondering if there is a way to include chapter numbers alongside page numbers in a format such as "1-1, 1-2" for Chapter 1, and "2-1, 2-2" for Chapter 2, etc? This formatting can be set manually in Word. A screenshot of the setting is below:

As a side note, I'm aware there are alternative ways to accomplish the [chapter #]-[page #] format. However, my document includes a Table of Contents. So, I need to use actual page numbers to preserve the numbering/references in the Table of Contents.

I would be exceedingly grateful any guidance on how I could achieve this functionality. I'm really hoping I'm just a dope missing something obvious. On the other hand, if it's not currently possible, I wonder whether it might be a feature under consideration for a future update?
