Release 0.7.4 for windows not Working

Version 0.7.4 stopped working for windows for Arch AMD64, not tested on ARM.

Hi @samuelgodoy, we recently added a C dependency on Dolt, which Doltgres uses and think this may be related to this failure. I can reproduce this issue on my windows machine:

We're investigating why this break happened and will have a fix soon.

We are pretty sure we have a fix for this and will have a release later today. Sorry for the inconvenience!

0.7.5, being released now, contains the fix for this regression. Thanks for the bug report. I'll close this when the release is out.
