Use a phonetic transcription tool like PhoTransEdit or Lingorado to look for words or phrases that sound the same as others, but with a different meaning. Then try to come up with clues to describe the nonsense phrase and the real phrase.

Hopefully find more interesting ones, but here's a lame example:

His foot started to get green and fuzzy when he used it to unlock doors, and then he wanted to drink blood. (moss key toe = mosquito)
