Update OpenShift Templates for new 1.2 releases

Need to update the OpenShift Templates on every release.

Probably should be automated as part of the mvn release to keep in sync.

The Templates have been updated to use the latest release (1.2.0.RELEASE). See 58a4578.

To use use the install-templates.sh helper script that incorporates the latest updates you will have to use the version located here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/91x5vnzkvcv065x/install-templates.sh?dl=0 in the interim. Therefore instead of the command referenced in the docs, please use the command below as a temporary workaround.

E.g. to run the updated install-templates.sh simple run

$ curl -sL https://www.dropbox.com/s/91x5vnzkvcv065x/install-templates.sh\?dl\=0 | bash

This script will be included in an upcoming release.
