Keybindings for DAP?

Hi, I was very excited by the DAP module, but there do not seem to be any keybindings to use its features by default. Is this intended? In general, I have really enjoyed that doom-nvim just works out of the box and requires little to no configuration. Do keybindings for nvim-dap exist, and I just haven't found them?
If they don't exist, it would be helpful to add some default keybindings for them, and add them to the wiki!

Another issue I found is that there is no default configuration for the languages, and it is unclear where to put these in the user configuration. Without a config, dap will not launch. This means that it won't work "out of the box" as much of doom-nvim's features seem to!
