Booter Quirks: Penry, Clarkdale, Arrandale and Nehalem/Westmere

Different Settings under "Quirks" vs "In-depth Info" section – "Quirks" section mentions 1 (or 2) Booter Quirks that need(s) to be enabled, while "More In-depth Info" mentions 4 to 5.
