Import function code from bppr into mcmc3r #9

There are currently some useful functions in the bppr package that should be imported (bring their code) into mcmc3r. It is not useful to have a separate bppr package, and thus bppr perhaps should be deprecated.

Several functions have already been imported. An additional check is necessary to see if any more function need to be imported or not. Then this issue may be closed.
