[Bug] Error installing docfx in a new computer 'no source found under the specified package'

I'm trying to install docfx in a new computer where I only installed V.S. 17.8 PREV-4 and V.S. Code insiders. And I'm getting this error:

Unhandled exception: Microsoft.DotNet.Cli.NuGetPackageDownloader.NuGetPackageInstallerException: Package Source Mapping is enabled, but no source found under the specified package ID: docfx. See the documentation for Package Source Mapping at https://aka.ms/nuget-package-source-mapping for more details.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Execute: 'dotnet tool install -g docfx'

Context:

• Windows 11 Pro 22H2

Nuget source origins:

I've added a Package Source Mapping for docfx -> nuget.org and I've been able to install it.
