I'm seeing [formatting issues] with @section directives as well. Running format document on

@section scripts{
    <script></script>
}

turns it into

@section scripts{
<script></script>
}

I would expect this to keep the HTML tags indented one level. Not sure if this is the same bug in Roslyn since this doesn't involve any C# code
