when I add a new translation record
it doesn't apply and I can't find it when I try to call it by localization path Resource I can't find it, I can find it in the file
when I apply the new update to the view "Index" etc I try hot reload and rebuild but the changes don't appear
it appears only when I close the program "Visual Studio Code" and re-open it again
