The Error list does not show the the number of errors, when the option of intelliscense plus build is selected

[severity:It's more difficult to complete my work] [regression]
I have a file that has a simple compile error. When i build it, the output shows the fail, but the error window does not. It say Zero Errors. If i change the selector to build only.. then the error appears

If the offending file is opened then everything works perfectly.. but if it is not opened ,then the error list has the wrong value
