There are no more endpoints available from the endpoint mapper

Hi, currently running the latest .NET Core fine locally on my Windows 10 Machine. Also runs fine locally on another Windows 7 dev machine. However we're running into problems running this on a Windows Server 2012 R2 machine with a fresh .NET core installation.

Below is the stack trace problem we hit when we try to authenticate from our main website. Both sites are just running on the same Server (Port 8080 and Port 8083 for our IdentityServer).

Nothing of help comes from the log files. I also raised this in the IdentityServer4 github repo however this seems more appropriate to raise in the corefx.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. We also made sure to update to the latest IdentityServer4 package as we were a few versions behind.

This problem is now fixed for us. The CNG Key Isolation Windows Service wasn’t running.
