No puedo usar el .net

Hola a todos aquellos que lean este mensaje.
Me harian un gran favor ayudandome a saber la razon por la cual no me deja usar la extencion de .net en vs code
esto es lo que me aparece:
"Error : (DotnetCommandFailed)

The url: https://builds.dotnet.microsoft.com/dotnet/Sdk/9.0.102/dotnet-sdk-9.0.102-win-x64.exe is hosted on an unexpected domain.
We cannot verify that .NET downloads are hosted in a secure location, so we have rejected .NET. The url should be download.visualstudio.microsoft.com.
Please report this issue so it can be remedied or investigated."

al ejecutar un archivo .cs en vs code me aparece un error el cual no me deja ejecutar el c#

Expected Behavior

el vs code deberia de leer el .net para poder ejecutar el c#
