Test build not working with latest mac build env (big sur + xcode 12.2)

Hi I'm running:

Mac os big sur: 11.0.1
Xcode: 12.2 (12B45b)
cordova: 10.0.0

Followed these steps...

git clone https://github.com/dpa99c/cordova-plugin-firebasex-test.git
cd cordova-plugin-firebasex-test/
cordova platform add ios
cordova build ios

Get the following build error at the very end of the process...

The error suggests running "pod install" which I then tried and then rebuilt, same error.
