I do not own the copyright in the forms: they must be downloaded from jw.org by someone with the appropriate access. This utility simply makes it easier to keep track of accounting information and fill in the forms.
The software in this package was developed by and is copyright me (Daniel Pryden). I developed this software during the time I was employed by Google Inc., but it was developed only using my own personal hardware and on my own time. I have received confirmation from the Google IARC (email dated 2015-12-15) that Google has officially released any copyright interest it may have held in this work.
