all.hsnips fails for C++ files

Created a small snippet ("hello world" type) in all.hsnips, and placed in at the correct path.

On other files (.txt, .tex, etc..) this snippet is functional and is recognised by VSC. However trying the exact same snippet on C++, doesn't works and isn't recognised.

I suspect it may be due to Intellisense tweaking the suggestions and by extension the snippets.
