Doesn't work onContentPrepare in case of separately use of introtext and fulltext

In case you want to use separately introtext and fulltext of article - change onContentPrepare function in rustypo.php to this:

    public function onContentPrepare( $context, &$article, &$params, $page = 0 )
    {
        if( isset($article->text) )
            $article->text = $this->proof( $article->text, $this->params );
        if( isset($article->introtext) )
            $article->introtext = $this->proof( $article->introtext, $this->params );
        if( isset($article->fulltext) )
            $article->fulltext = $this->proof( $article->fulltext, $this->params );
    }

Tested with standart content items under Joomla!® v.2.5.8 and rustypo v.1.6
